When someone decides to go down the path of a founder, they consciously or subconsciously sign up to play an infinite game. When playing an infinite game, quick tactics and hail mary’s can’t be relied upon, and aren’t as effective as one might think. Ultimately, it’s up to the founder, and straight up, it should be for as long as we keep delivering. With that said, Seedscout isn’t a platform to be used for one month and then call it quits; it’s a platform that should be used consistently. Our longest-running customer is approaching one year with us, and each month makes the decision of upgrading or downgrading their plan. The mindset going into choosing a plan should alternate from “I can’t afford 3 months of Seedscout at $500'' to “I can’t afford Seedscout at $500 next month, but I can downgrade to $100." We’ve noticed a trend too. Most times founders who sign-up for the lowest priced plan, get the most out of the platform. While founders who go straight for the whole enchilada, receive a lackluster experience. That is a lesson in itself, and gives a founder feedback that can be difficult to take.
