Paying For An Edge
100 Words A Day (274)
Let’s assume that going to Harvard costs $120,000. Students get three “products” in exchange. They get an education, a degree, and a network. If split up, each product would cost $40k each. But college doesn’t work like that. It’s an all or nothing package. Harvard grads have an edge because they paid for the whole package. Yet most people cannot afford the whole package or afford to spend the time to get into a school like Harvard. With that said, I implore people seeking greatness to ask themselves when was the last time you paid to give yourself an edge?
If you want a better network, you may like what we’re building over at Seedscout. We’re not free but we’re surely less expensive than getting in Harvard.
