Introducing Homeplan

I haven’t owned a home myself, but from learning a lot from family and friends, I knew all of this was a pain point. That’s why when I discovered Homeplan, I knew I had to see how I can get involved. I am excited to share that Homeplan is now one of the first Seedscout Alpha companies and I’ve been spending time with their founding team for the last few months. After working with them for a bit, I have increased my conviction in this team and am excited to intro them to you all.

Why I Like Homeplan

I personally like Homeplan because they are building a needed product in an overlooked market. VCs are into web3 & fintech right now, not home ownership tools. But this is exactly the reason I am compelled to get involved and help the Homeplan team. They solve real problems, and are not seeking anyone’s permission to do so. They are builders. Missionaries. And these are the types of founders that build long lasting enduring companies. Besides, how many homeowners need a tool like this? Millions!
